Dear reader, there are galore heroes of the past who wish remain unsung,
mainly because history is selective and disregards any who have little
written just about them. However several stand above the rest in the teeth of
such indifference and their stance is as a beacon to a writer.
Vercingetorix appears in Caesar's own writings in a simple but respectful
notation, he was impressed! So am I.
I hope that in this new age we are turning back to what constitutes a real
hero and are able to recognize courageousness and commitment as the values we have
previously ignored. I have taken what little history has supplied and used
an extended license to flesh out the long ago hero, Here then is a true
hero, a man who was not afraid to be brave and bold. I hope you enjoy
him as more as I do.
